Michael Lee-Poy appointed Assistant Dean, Mac-CARE

Michael Lee-Poy, associate clinical professor and InQuiry curriculum coordinator at the department of family medicine, has been appointed as the Assistant Dean, Mac-CARE program.

McMaster Community and Rural Education (Mac-CARE) supports medical students and residents at McMaster by facilitating access to a rich diversity of high-quality community teaching sites in smaller cities, towns and rural areas — giving learners exposure to family and specialty medicine in community and rural practices outside of academic health science centers.
