Brief description of organization
Rexdale Medical Centre is a well established FHO in North Etobicoke which is physician run. There are 10 family physicians with individual practices working cooperatively. Some current physicians have special interests that benefit our group (palliative care, women’s health, dermatology). All benefit from several allied health professionals including nurses, a social worker, dietitian and a full laboratory. The administrative staff and IT support are invaluable. Optometry and Radiology clinics adjoin the clinic as well as a pharmacy. We use Telus EMR and have online booking and a patient message system available for use.  https://rexdalemedicalcentre.com

Job description
A retiring physician is looking for a replacement to take over a practice developed over a 40 year period with a roster of over 1000 patients. There is room to grow the practice if desired. The practice includes multigenerational families and patients of all ages with many women and children. Interested physicians should be prepared to practice comprehensive medical care and preventive health.
