Care of the Elderly Program Director, Enhanced Skills Program View the full role description.

We are inviting interest for the Care of the Elderly Program Director role within the Enhanced Skills Program.

The Care of the Elderly Enhanced Skills Program Director will work closely with the Enhanced Skills Program Director to coordinate PGY-3 training in the Care of the Elderly Program. This position will ensure that Residents in the Program receive the best possible educational experience and are assessed appropriately, and that accreditation standards defined by the CFPC are maintained.

Enhanced Skills Program Director View the full role description.

We are currently inviting interest for the Enhanced Skills Program Director role.

The Enhanced Skills Program Director is responsible and accountable for the overall conduct and organization of the overarching Enhanced Skills Residency Program. This individual works closely with the individual category 1 + 2 ES Program Directors to support the educational experience of PGY3 residents across ES programs. The Enhanced Skills Program Director fosters an environment that empowers members of the Enhanced Skills Residency Program Committee, residents, preceptors, and others as required, to identify needs and implement changes. Reporting to the Associate Chair, Education, this role requires close collaboration with the Postgraduate Program Director and other postgraduate leadership to strengthen connection and cohesion across the spectrum of postgraduate education.

Education Coordinator (MFP) View the full role description.

We are inviting interest for the Education Coordinator Position within the McMaster Family Practice.

Working closely with the Site Director, the Education Coordinator will identify educational resources and needs in respective unit to ensure access for all residents, and oversee all unit-based educational offerings including PBSG and resident presentations.

Site Director, Brampton View the full role description.

We are inviting interest for the Brampton Site Director role.

The Site Director is responsible for overall administration and direction of the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Brampton site.  The Site Director is a member of the FM Postgraduate Education Committee (REC), and works closely with the Program Director, other Site Directors, and site faculty in the delivery of the Family Medicine program at the site.
