Director of Resident Learning and Remediation (PG)
The Director for Resident Learning and Remediation is responsible for supporting resident learning and remediation in McMaster FMs core postgraduate and enhanced skill training programs, across the network of training sites. Working closely with key program leadership (Postgraduate Program Director, Assessment Director, Curriculum Director Faculty Development Director, Faculty Lead Well-being and Support, Site Directors, and Enhanced Skills Directors), the Director will develop and strengthen effective learning strategies, processes, tools, and resources for residents at all levels of performance. While the primary focus will be to support residents encountering academic challenge, exam preparation and transition support will also be important elements of this portfolio.

Simulation Lead, Hamilton Site
The Hamilton Site Simulation Lead will oversee the expansion and provision of simulation content, resources and activities for medical trainees and faculty at the Hamilton Site.

Simulation Lead, Niagara Site
The Niagara Site Simulation Lead will oversee the expansion and provision of simulation content, resources and activities for medical trainees and faculty at the Niagara Site.
