Primary Care Palliative Care Mentor (PCPM) - Guelph Site Learn more

The Department of Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Palliative Care Mentor (PCPM) to support residents and faculty in strengthening collaborative, compassionate palliative care within our teaching sites. In this three year role, you will work closely with the Postgraduate Palliative Care Domain Lead to enhance education, model best practices, and contribute to faculty development.

Kitchener Waterloo Site Director Learn more

The Department of Family Medicine is seeking a faculty member to serve as Site Director for the Kitchener Waterloo site. This leadership role is responsible for direction and administration of the Family Medicine Residency Program at the site. They collaborate with site faculty, staff, and the Assistant Dean at the Waterloo Regional Campus to ensure high quality program delivery, strong community partnerships, and alignment with accreditation standards. The Site Director contributes to the advancement of the program, reflecting departmental and community priorities and values.
