Two Row Medicine podcast launches with double episode on alliance between western medicine and Indigenous traditions
Launching today, Two Row Medicine, is a new podcast by Karenna’onwe – Dr. Karen Hill, that features her conversations with guests from all walks of life as they discuss relationships in the 21st century using an Indigenous lens founded on the Two Row Wampum.
The first two episodes of Two Row Medicine were recorded in partnership with Darrel Manitowabi, host of the podcast Indigenous Medicine Stories, in June 2024 when a group of Traditional Medicine Practitioners and Indigenous Physicians gathered at Six Nations of the Grand River Territory to talk about bringing together their respective practices for the good of the people.
Karenna’onwe is Faculty Lead, Indigenous Health at the McMaster University Department of Family Medicine.
